Ledger Card Period Amounts (8619): Parameter for P99 Added

The parameter 'Including period 99' has been added to the report Ledger Card Period Amounts (8619). With this, changes in period 99 can also be shown on the report. In addition, the parameters 'From period' and 'To period' now have a fixed list of choices: 1 to 13.
