How to Make a Disappeared Pop-up Visible Again

If you work with more than one screen, pop-up windows, also known as dialog boxes, may not appear where you expect them and seem to have disappeared. How do you get this pop-up window visible on your screen again?

Unhide a disappeared pop-up

If the pop-up window does not appear where you expected, follow these steps:

Hold your mouse still over the MKG icon in the Windows taskbar. The open MKG windows appear in your image.
Right-click on the 'disappeared' window.
Choose 'Move'.
Use one of the arrow keys on your keyboard to bring the window into your screen.
Use your left mouse button to drag the pop-up to the desired position.
