How to use the demand solution 'Produce in a new production order'

Through a process notification, MKG immediately makes it clear that a demand has arisen in the sales order line and provides you with several options to solve this demand. By selecting the option 'Produce in a new production order', you create a new production order. Follow the steps below to create a new production order from a sales order.

Step 1: Open the sales order

Search and select the sales order that needs the demand to be resolved on the module start page. The sales order opens.

Step 2: Go to the process notification

The field Line process notifications contains the process notification "There is outstanding demand". Click in the field on the line. You will now see the following options to solve this demand:

• Produce in a new production order
• Reserve from stock
• Cancel
• Purchase via the Purchase list
• Produce via the Production list

Step 3: Select the demand solution

Select the option 'Produce in a new production order'. By selecting this option, MKG automatically creates a new production order. The field Provided with
