AI features available in memo fields

It's now possible to use AI functions with memo fields. The Advanced Maintenance option for a memo field opens the 'Edit Field' window, where you'll find various AI functions in addition to the existing 'Standard Texts':

• Spell Check
• Translation (languages are retrieved from the Language Codes table)
• Additional AI features: Expand, Shorten, Summarize, Explain, and Change Style

To edit the entire text within a memo using the AI function, you don't need to select the text. If you only want to change a section, select it and then edit it using one or more AI functions. After selecting an AI function, the AI Suggestion will appear below the memo field. You can apply this by clicking the Apply button. Don't forget to save the edited text by clicking the checkmark.

The AI feature must be enabled on the user via the 'Can Use AI Features' option. Afterward, MKG must be restarted.
