[UX] Optimization of forms in 'Sales Quotes'

Within the module Sales Quotes, we have optimized the forms, group settings, and default list views wherever possible. Below you can see the specific changes made per form, tab, and/or group.

 

Module Homepage

 

• Added default search options: Your Order no., Relation.

 

Form: Quote Management (8200)

 

Data

• Changed the order of fields:
  • Fields related to the quote are on the left: Request Receipt Date, Offered, Quote Valid Until.
  • Fields related to delivery are on the right: Desired Delivery Date, Delivery Date, Delivery Time.

 

Rules

• Buttons hidden in the menu bar: Pricing, Create Item, Adjust Sequence, Create Price Agreement, Create Price Agreement based on Series Prices, Process Notifications.

 

Navigation Tree

• Newly displayed: Tasks (collapsed), Sales Order Lines.
• All sections (except Tasks) are expanded by default.

 

General

• The 'General' and 'Packing Slip and Invoice' sections are now both open by default.

 

Other Costs

• Added field: VAT.

 

Installments

• The form 'General (8000)' is now available for the installment line.

 

Price Overview

 

General

• Added field: Offer Total Price.

Price Overview

• Added fields: Credit Limit, High VAT, Payment Discount.

 

Form: Quote Line Header (8200)

 

General

• Removed fields: Recommended Price, Gross, Subtotal, Total Specifications, Total Price.
• The memo fields (internal and external) have been moved to the right and made larger.

 

Pricing

• Removed field: Total Options.

 

Sales Specifications

• The form 'General (8000)' is now available for the line.

Changes in the list view:

• The Detail is now closed by default.
• Added fields: Internal Memo, External Memo.
• External Memo is displayed as a preview under the sales specification.
• A view has been added where Internal Memo is shown as a preview.
