In 'Price Information', PC amounts of operations are now split into a man and machine part

In the 'Price Information', PC amounts of operations are now split into a man and machine part. Previously, the entire amount was allocated to the machine part and the man part was always 0. This concerns the following fields:

• pvc_netto_man - PPC Net Price Man
• pvc_netto_man_incl_olh - PPC Net Price Man incl. underlying
• pvc_kost_man - PPC Cost Price Man
• pvc_kost_man_incl_olh - PPC Cost Price Man incl. underlying
• pvc_advies_man - PPC Recommended Price Man
• pvc_advies_man_incl_olh - PPC Recommended Price Man incl. underlying

In the PC input prices, the entire amount is still allocated to the machine part. No distinction is made here between the man part and the machine part.
