It was not possible to report a sub-assembly as ready if the last operation in the planning was manually reported ready

With the administration setting 'Only report (Sub-)Assembly ready after final operation is completed' = true it was not possible to report a sub-assembly as ready if the final operation in the planning was reported ready manually, instead of via a time record.
