Not Automatically Issue Sub-assemblies

It is now possible to set that sub-assemblies are no longer automatically issued to the parent sub-assembly or end product when they are reported as ready. This also makes it possible to place sub-assemblies on a pick list or to issue them via the Issue action. This can be set up with the new administration setting 'Issue Automatically: Underlying Sub-assembly'.

• Checked: sub-assemblies are always issued automatically when they are reported as ready.
• Unchecked: the settings 'Inventory-based Items', 'Order-based Items', 'ACM Lines' and 'Description Lines' apply when reporting a sub-assembly as ready.
