Update Schedule MKG Versions
For the cloud environment, we use pre-scheduled update moments well in advance. This way, customers always know in a timely manner when a short period of offline time is planned.
The version we make available on the cloud is a version that has been in use by customers with their own server for some time. This minimizes the risk that the cloud environment will need an additional patch.
According to our policy, new versions for customers with their own server become available one cycle earlier than the cloud release. As a rule of thumb, this means that customers with their own server receive an update around the same time as the cloud update is scheduled. The difference is that customers with their own server always receive the latest version directly, while the cloud gets the version from the previous cycle at that time.

The updates for MKG3 and MKG5 Cloud are shown in the schedule below. This schedule is final; only in case of deviation, we will send an email to our cloud users. During an update - usually between 8:00 PM and midnight - you unfortunately cannot use MKG. We appreciate your understanding. |
