Incorrect Display of Target Link Description for Lot Transaction Type 31

The Target Link Description field incorrectly showed a "1" preceding the description if it concerned a lot transaction 'type 31'. This field is visible, among other things, on the report Order Guidance Card by Assembly (8604) in the section 'Destination of a Sub-assembly'. We have resolved this.
