Every MKG customer has access to an extensive range of support. Both offline through our consultants and the MKG Helpdesk, and online through My MKG, you get the support you need to perform better.

Consultancy
Spread across three regions, our consultants work through an improvement methodology that ensures every customer request is valued and addressed, whether it's a software-related or an organizational issue. 70 percent of MKG consultants have a background in the metal industry.
Helpdesk
If you encounter any issues in MKG or have any other software-related questions, you can contact the MKG Helpdesk. On business days from 7:30 AM, you will generally be assisted immediately by one of our staff members. In 99 percent of cases, your problem is resolved within an hour.
Business Intelligence
Our BI team has been specifically created to address specialized questions and customer requests. This team assists not only in building custom dashboards and reports but also in data import and export, as well as the use of the MKG API.
