New standard dashboard: PreC-PostC hours

The dashboard PreC-PostC hours (8007) can be used to analyze how the pre- and post-calculation hours of production relate to each other based on different categories. By looking at the number of orders that are not linked to cost estimates, it is also possible to check how well hours are booked.
