The Plan action now also shows forecast production order semi-finished products

In the action list, the action Plan now also shows forecast production order semi-finished products. Forecast semi-finished products are not shown based on the status-and-action model (in other words: in which status the action Plan may be performed), but when the semi-finished product does not yet contain any planning operations.

Two search views have been added:

• SF with operation (incl. forecast) - 8001
• SF with operation (excl. forecast) - 8002
