Deductibility percentage 0% for general ledger account with VAT model Belgium

In the Belgium VAT model, it is now possible to enter 0.00% in the VAT deductibility percentage field for the general ledger account. This allows manual purchase invoices to be created, where the VAT is not fully deductible.
