AI functions available in memo fields

It is now possible to use AI functions in memo fields. Through 'Extended Maintenance' in a memo field, the 'Edit Field' window opens where you will now find various AI functions in addition to the existing 'Standard Texts':

• Spell check
• Translation (languages are retrieved from the table Language Codes)
• Additional AI functions: Expand, Shorten, Summarize, Explain, and Change Style

To modify the entire text within a memo using the AI function, you do not need to select the text. If you only want to modify a portion, select that part which you can then modify using one or more AI functions. After selecting an AI function, the AI suggestion will be displayed below the memo field. You can accept it by clicking the Apply button. After that, do not forget to save the modified text using the checkmark.

The AI function needs to be enabled for the user through the 'Can use AI functions' option. After this, MKG needs to be restarted.
