The recorded time did not match our time zone

When publishing a knowledge item, the last modified time in the database was recorded with a two-hour difference from the actual time according to our local time zone. This could affect time tracking, logs, and other time-sensitive processes, such as the publication of malfunctions and notifications. We have resolved this.
