Dashboard 'Inventory List at Reference Date (8006)': batches were incorrectly excluded for specific administration setting

The default dashboard Inventory List at Reference Date (8006) could incorrectly exclude certain batches if in the administration settings, 'Material description' for the options 'Inventory' (under 'Requirement Choice') and 'Anonymous: Costs' (under 'Never Anonymous from Inventory) was selected.
