API release: tables 'Calculation Material Specification' and 'Calculation Operation Specification'

The tables 'Calculation Material Specification' and 'Calculation Operation Specification' have been released for the MKG API. Here, it is possible to make GET, PUT, POST, and DEL calls. More information about the calls can be found in the Data Dictionary: table 'clms' and table 'clbs' respectively.
