Spelling and grammar checking in editor

The editor can be found in 'Content management' when editing an item and at 'Activities ' when opening an activity. The text in these editor/edit fields is now checked for spelling and grammar. When you right-click on a red underlined word, a menu will appear with various suggestions for improving spelling and grammar.
