Mouse Scroll Wheel Operation on Dropdowns Has Been Improved

Certain dropdowns could be changed in value by hovering over them with the mouse and turning the scroll wheel of the mouse, without first clicking on the field. This ensured that an incorrect choice could be made. We have now improved this. From now on, the option with the mouse scroll wheel will only work if the relevant field is clicked first.
