Notifications about Expired SSL, Backup and Version Have Been Adjusted

We have adjusted the display of notifications about overdue or soon to expire SSL certificate, backup and MKG version.

	SSL Certificate Expiration	Backup Age	Version Backlog
Notification for all administrators or where notification is enabled in user profile	14 days	1 day	1 version
Notification for all users, once a day and when logging in again	7 days	3 days	3 versions
Notification for all users, once per hour and when logging in again	3 days	7 days	4 versions

This adjustment does not apply to cloud users, but only applies to customers who work on-premise.
