Operations Group: Process Table

General Tab

• Operation Group. The unique number of the Operations Group.
• Description. The description of the Operations Group.
• Request Purchase Quotation. There are three options:
  • Default. The administration settings determine whether a purchase quotation request should be automatically prepared.
  • Yes. A purchase quotation request is automatically prepared for VRM materials with this material type.
  • No. A purchase quotation request is not automatically prepared for VRM materials with this material type.
  
  

  When the 'Request Purchase Quotation' link is clicked, multiple suppliers and relationships can be entered.

  
  
  • Memo. Memo field associated with the operations group.

Hours Overview Tab

The 'Hours Overview' tab displays the registered hours of the operation. The hours can be filtered using the selection criteria. The screen provides a quick overview of, for example, the hours worked on an operation by an employee, or within a certain period.
