Notification when importing blocked or non-existent location

When importing a goods receipt it was possible to import a location that was blocked or did not exist. A check has been built in for this, as a result of which one of the following messages now appears in the import log that the import will not be executed: "Purchase order 'xxxxxxxx' line 'x' cannot be entered because warehouse location 'xxx' does not exist.(2342 )" or "Purchase order 'xxxxxxxx' line 'x' cannot be entered, because warehouse location 'xxx' is blocked.(2343)."
