Tick box Automatic printing Picklist report and Warehouse issue document removed

The checkbox 'Automatic printing' at Pick list report and Warehouse issue document has been removed. If the report definition of these reports indicates that the target is (also) a printer, these documents will be printed automatically. The ticks in the administration settings therefore had no added value.
