Verschil tussen orderresultaat en bedrijfsresultaat, hoe voorkom je dat?

Stelling: een correcte kostprijs per uur voor man en machine leidt tot inzicht in het order- en bedrijfsresultaat​. De ervaring leert dat het order- en bedrijfsresultaat in de praktijk bijna nooit aansluiten. Je kunt dit voorkomen. MKG bevat hiertoe de module BBO: budgetteren, bewaken, optimaliseren. In dit webinar maak je kennis met BBO. In een half uur word je meegenomen langs de stappen die je in MKG moet uitvoeren om een realistische begroting en een uitvoerbaar exploitatieplan te maken.

 

Verschil tussen orderresultaat en bedrijfsresultaat, hoe voorkom je dat?

Het uitgangspunt voor dit webinar: alle kosten worden gedekt door de directe uren. Inzicht in de uren en de kosten is daarom essentieel. Dit doe je door eerst alle manuren per machine én alle indirecte uren te budgetteren, door vervolgens alle (loon)kosten te verdelen en door ten slotte de kostprijs te bepalen op basis van de gebudgetteerde uren en (loon)kosten. Het periodiek bewaken van deze budgetten is daarna niet minder belangrijk, zodat je kunt ingrijpen bij grote afwijkingen.

 

Voor wie is dit webinar bedoeld?

Het bepalen van de kostprijs en het bewaken van de budgetten doe je in MKG met behulp van BBO: budgetteren, bewaken, optimaliseren. De BBO-modules vind je alleen in MKG5 en zijn met name bedoeld voor bedrijven met meerdere productiemedewerkers en machines. Werk je nog niet met BBO, dan is dit webinar misschien interessant voor je.

Zodra BBO is ingericht, kun je de budgetten gaan bewaken. Hiertoe dienen de verschillende BBO dashboards:

  • BBO dekking en bezettingsbewaking (8000)
  • BBO exploitatieplan (8001)
  • BBO medewerkerplan (8002)
  • BBO manuren bewaking (8003)

Hoe bewaak je de kosten, is daar een overzicht voor?

Kosten kun je goed begroten per grootboekrekening. De module Mijn bedrijf bevat het standaard dashboard Resultaatvergelijking grootboekrekening (8011). Hierin zie je wat gebudgetteerd is, wat gerealiseerd is en wat vorig jaar gerealiseerd is.

 

Moet je een uitgebreide financiële inrichting hebben voor BBO?

BBO is prima te gebruiken in een Basis-inrichting, waarin omzet en kosten direct worden geboekt. In een uitgebreide inrichting daarentegen zijn ook het orderresultaat en het dekkingsresultaat direct zichtbaar in de winst-en-verliesrekening.

 

Is de man-machineverhouding te wijzigen?

De man-machineverhouding wordt ingeschat bij het budgetteren. Dit doe je in de tabel Bewerkingen. Deze verhouding is binnen een calculatie en op orderniveau altijd aanpasbaar.

 

Hoe ga je om met BBO als je maar één resource gebruikt om de uren op te boeken?

Om inzicht te krijgen en bij te kunnen sturen als er ergens iets fout gaat, is het in het kader van BBO handiger om te differentiëren en meerdere resources/bewerkingen te gebruiken.

 

Hoe kun je insteluren van machines meenemen in de benodigde manuren?

Insteluren zitten in de manuren. Heb je heel veel insteluren, dan zal de gemiddelde man-machineverhouding omhoog gaan.

 

Is BBO ook beschikbaar voor MKG3?

Neen. BBO is alleen beschikbaar in MKG5.
