Dashboard: Order List Financial (8003)

Where in MKG?

This dashboard can be found in the My Company module. If the 'Dashboard' form is not yet open, you can do so by opening the hamburger menu

On the left side of this standard dashboard, you can make a selection: by debtor name, by sales group, or by production group. By checking or unchecking these selection buttons, you can sort and filter the data on the right side. The dashboard can be executed by period.

• List: this tab provides a summary of the sales orders with their associated financial values. Each column in this list can be manually filtered and sorted via the filter icon in the column title.
• Summary: on this tab, the sales groups are sorted by Intake/term and Invoiced, and the production groups are sorted by Man, Machine, Material, Outsourcing, and Total.

Parameters

• Up to and including period: the period up to and including when the dashboard shows data.
• Link date control: this determines how production orders are linked based on the period in which they entered work in progress relative to the date on which the linked sales order was created. For example: In period 5, hours are clocked on a production order, bringing it into work in progress. In period 6, a sales order is created that is supplied by the production order. The dashboard is then executed for period 5.
• Link date control = false: the sales order will be shown and is linked to the production order.
• Link date control = true: the sales order will not be shown and the production order is linked to the stock.

Special Features

If MKG is set up with an extensive financial setup, the Order List Financial provides alignment with the following sub-administrations: Invoiced terms, Pre-invoiced revenue on WIP, WIP man, WIP machine, WIP material, and WIP outsourcing.
