With One Click to Relevant Items in My MKG

How much does an employee cost me per hour and does his hourly rate still match the job group? Based on workable hours, you can answer these questions by entering the labor costs of all employees for a full fiscal year. In this article, you will learn how to determine the net rate of your employees.
 
In the latest version of MKG, we have implemented a direct link with My MKG, making it possible to retrieve relevant information about the software with one click. In almost every screen in MKG, you will now find the Support button, recognizable by the lifebuoy. When you click on it, the Knowledge Center of My MKG opens in your browser, and you receive articles that match the module you are currently in. You will find the button not only at the top of the screen but also at the line level.


Depth Level

The 'lifebuoy' is thus activated in MKG and My MKG, and the information is filtered based on where you are in the software. This is at least at the process level (sales, purchasing, production), but where items are available at a more specific level, we have the option to link this as well. Not only are articles, such as manuals, filtered in this way. If you choose Release notes within your results list, you will only get the relevant release notes.

This link is the first step towards more integration between our platforms. We continue to work on user-friendliness and better support of our software.
