Effective Planning with MKG for Better Results

MKG and SpartnerS have joined forces with a new training program to combine organizational and business management principles with the configuration options around planning in MKG.

In many companies, production disruptions are a daily occurrence. Delivery times are not met, there are numerous rush orders, the shop floor is full of work in progress (WIP), and rescheduling is constantly required. Many of these problems are caused by suboptimal planning methods and incorrect settings in MKG.

To keep everything on track, effective planning in MKG is an absolute must! During this training, we demonstrate how Lean and/or QRM principles can be incorporated within MKG and what the potential pitfalls are.

The program consists of five classroom training sessions. After the training, there is an in-depth follow-up at the company. For the full program, see the link at the bottom of this article.

The following course days are planned in the Eindhoven and Hengelo regions. These will be finalized based on the registrations received.
- February 1, 8, and 15, 2023
- March 8 and 15, 2023
The five classroom training sessions will be held at a training location of MKG or SpartnerS. The sessions run from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and refreshments will be provided.
