Dashboards as an Analytical Tool

The dashboard technology allows you to quickly and easily generate overviews and conduct analyses. The Sales Dashboard module is the first in a series of three that we offer you.

Examples of applications include creating a view with outstanding order lines that have not yet been delivered or a revenue overview with a pivot table based on invoice lines. Since you can now link active searches to a view, the current information you need is always available in a clear overview. From the list, you can then jump directly to the order, the customer, or the item. The sales dashboard contains the tabs Quotations and Quotation Lines, Orders and Order Lines, Delivery Notes and Delivery Note Lines, and Invoices and Invoice Lines.

How do you create an overview of sales order lines yet to be delivered using the sales dashboard? Watch the example in this video.

Note! To make optimal use of the dashboard technology, some knowledge of creating lists and pivot tables and of setting up and managing searches is recommended.

Management Information Module

The dashboards in MKG5 are the precursor to the Management Information module. This module is currently under development and is not expected in the near future. However, this temporary solution of our dashboards already offers you the ability to quickly gain overview and insight into the basic processes of MKG. After the introduction of the new module, a transition phase will follow, during which the dashboards will be phased out.
