One-time recommended price was incorrect in combination with series prices and outsourcing

Due to a modification in version 72, the calculation of series prices no longer correctly calculated the One-time Recommended Price. Fixed costs from outsourced operations from linked calculations were not taken into account. This issue has been resolved.
