Counters on the Issue and Internal Invoicing tiles have been temporarily removed

The counters on the tiles of the Issue and Internal Invoicing actions have been temporarily removed. In the case of many database records, these caused an unacceptable slowdown in performance. We'll do our best to bring these counters back - with improved performance - in one of the next versions.
