Dashboard 'Employee Hours Analysis (8005)': general explanation

Where in MKG?

1. Open the Production Dashboards module.
2. If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: click the hamburger at the top right of the toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
3. Click the Views button and select Employee Hours Analysis (8005).

Parameters

• Period from: the period during which hours were recorded.
• Period until: the period during which hours were recorded.

Special notes

• The values are compiled by categorizing the recorded hours that have been definitively processed, based on the hour type. The following hour types are considered:
  • 1. Direct hour type
  • 4. No cost entry (indirect)
  • 5. No cost entry (absent)
• Productivity: productivity is a value determined by comparing direct hours to indirect hours. Direct hours are divided by the total of direct and indirect hours worked.
• Hours Efficiency: hours efficiency is determined by comparing the total hours present to the total hours recorded. Direct and indirect hours are divided by the total hours recorded.
• The 'Per period' tab displays both values per employee based on the periods. This allows viewing the trend of productivity and hours efficiency per employee.

Add to 'My Dashboards'? If you use this dashboard regularly, add it to My Dashboards and make this module available from the MKG Homepage. This way you create your own cockpit from the data in your database. For instructions on adding dashboards, see How to set up 'My Dashboards'.
