Detail forms replace tabs in operations in Shop Floor

In the Shop Floor, new Detail forms are available for operations to replace the current tabs 'Materials' and 'Subassemblies'. The following searches are preconfigured:

 

Materials

• Materials of subassembly: shows the materials from the pre-calculation and actual costs of the selected operation.
• Linked materials: shows the materials linked to the operation.
• Materials of subassembly (cluster): shows the materials from the pre-calculation and actual costs of the entire cluster.
• Linked materials (cluster): shows the materials linked to an operation within the cluster.

 

Subassemblies (pamt)

• Subassemblies: shows the underlying subassemblies of the production order line.
• Linked subassemblies: shows the subassemblies linked to the operation.
• Subassemblies (cluster): shows the underlying subassemblies of the cluster.
• Linked subassemblies (cluster): shows the subassemblies linked to an operation within the cluster.

On the Materials tab, the functions Additional Material (which adds extra AC material) and Material Issue (which issues material from stock) are also available.

 

Please note! The tabs become available by starting the Shop Floor with the MKG Windows Shop Floor client. Then right-click on the tabs in the Detail and choose the form 'Operation Detail (8005)'. The old tabs can be disabled here by unchecking the form 'Operation Information (8002)'.
