New shortcut to grant access to MKG employee

If you, as an administrator, want to (temporarily) grant an MKG employee access to your environment, this can now also be done via the new option 'Grant MKG Access' under the Help button at the top right in MKG. This directly opens the MKG Users module where the configuration can be done. The procedure is described in this article.

 

Please note! Currently, a transition period applies. From February 1, 2027, access will no longer be managed via a day license and the configuration for access must be done in the MKG Users module.
