Reporting Back Picklist
|
Attention! |
Select the desired picklist at Warehouse Receipt. All lines on the picklist are presented on the screen, with the previously made reservation displayed at the bottom. At this point, it is still possible to adjust the reservation. Example:
- Materials that are certified and traceable are needed to create a production order.
- In the preparation phase, it was decided to make this production order with a batch of parts from series 2012-24-187.
- The series 2012-24-187 was disapproved in the meantime, and parts from another series must be used.
The situation that has arisen here can now be easily corrected at the last moment before the start of production by modifying the previously made reservation (note that without using a picklist, thus by issuing directly, the control is not as explicit). To modify the reservation:
- Choose the desired view at the bottom of the screen:
- Show the freely available stock.
- Show the physical stock.
- Show only the reservation (does not allow assigning another batch).
- Assign the reservation quantity to one or more batches.
If necessary, choose the desired handling of the quantity that cannot be issued at this moment, for example, when there appears to be insufficient stock. When Process… is selected, the following screen will appear:
This screen consists of two sections: Warehouse Receipt and Picklist. When OK is chosen now, a warehouse (issue) receipt will always be created. The stock is now deducted and assigned to the production order.
The Picklist screen section is only available when the reservation cannot be fully issued and when it is chosen to place the remainder on a new picklist.
