Time registration with automatic distribution of total time via the API

Total time for time resgistration can now be submitted via the API, where MKG automatically determines the distribution between standard hours and overtime based on the day schedule and already recorded hours. This ensures that the processing of total hours aligns with the configuration applied within the client.
