The Arkoni Portal is a web-based portal for customer and supplier communication, built on the Arkoni low-code platform. Using ready-made templates, a portal can be quickly operational: customers track orders and submit quote requests, suppliers view assignments and propose date changes. Because the portal is built within the Arkoni platform, customization is not a large project but a matter of configuration. Companies choose a standard template, extend an existing portal, or collaborate with Arkoni to build a completely custom portal without heavy development projects.
The platform combines MKG data with other sources such as machines, Excel, or other systems, so the portal always displays up-to-date information. Thanks to the low-code approach, adjustments are easy to implement when processes change, without dependency on external developers. This way, every organization quickly has a professional portal that fits its own processes.
 
 

About the integration

The portal connects via the MKG Exchange API (CRUD) and reads and writes order data, purchase orders, quotes, and delivery agreements directly from and to MKG. Customer and supplier actions in the portal, such as a date proposal from a supplier or a quote request from a customer, are processed immediately in MKG without manual intervention. MKG remains the leading system; the portal is the digital front end for external parties.
