Reminder Run Sequence no. Remained Filled after Creating a New Fiscal Year

The sequence number of the 'Reminder Run' remained filled after creating a new fiscal year. We have improved this. After creating a new fiscal year, the Sequence no. field will now be empty for the newly created fiscal year.
