Advice Ready and Number Ready Were Incorrect when Specifying and Reporting Ready

When specifying and reporting operations ready on the Shop Floor, the full number was sometimes charged, even if sub-assemblies had already been reported ready. As a result, the numbers of Advice Ready and Number Ready were incorrect. This has now been improved. Previously reported sub-assemblies are now taken into account.
