Auto-refresh of Action Lists is Now Possible

It is now possible to automatically refresh action lists and to refresh lists via function key F5. The functionality 'Data options' has been renamed to 'Data limit options' and has been expanded.

When opening an action list or collection, the data is now automatically displayed. The automatic refresh shows up to 100 lines. If you set more than 100 lines, this feature will be disabled. For this purpose it has now been made possible to refresh the list without using the mouse via function key F5.

You set the data limit options for action lists and lists in the administration settings. At 'Action List Data' you can choose 'Auto-refresh', if 'Data limit on' = 'Number'. By default, this is set to 'Number' with 100 lines and auto-refresh to 'Yes'. At 0 or at more than 100 lines, 'Auto-refresh' is set to 'No'. These settings apply to all action lists.

You can now also set specific data limit options per action list. Go to the desired action list, click on Refresh and open the drop-down. The data limit options for the selected collection can be configured as follows:

• Default: this option follows the administration settings.
• None: all data is retrieved manually.
• Quantity: enter the number of lines to be retrieved, with an automatic refresh of up to 100 lines.
• Time: set the maximum length of time for retrieving data in the action list.
