Invoice Margins: new tab Added Value

The 'Added Value' tab has been added to the standard dashboard Invoice Margins (8010). The added value is shown here per debtor and you can click through the list to see it per invoice, invoice line, sales order and sales order line. In addition, the layout of the 'Margin per debtor' tab has been adjusted, making it easier to see who your top and bottom debtors are.
