Reference to physical file is now possible when adding documents

When adding documents, you can now also choose 'Include as reference to physical file' under 'Add options'. This option establishes a direct shortcut to the physical file in the document link. Unlike the add option 'Include as shortcut in the documents folder', no .lnk file is created in the documents folder.
