Unmanned operation is no longer stopped automatically when starting a new operation

If it was set up in the administration settings that all operations must be stopped when starting an operation, unmanned operations were also stopped when an operation was started. This is not always desirable. Now the operation has been made so that unattended operations that are actually running unattended are not stopped when starting a new operation. For clarification, the text of the administration setting has also been changed to 'Stop all manned operations'.
