Profile management has been drastically renewed

We have drastically renewed the management of profiles. You could previously select and manage a profile via the 'New items' button. This button has been replaced with a dropdown next to the New button. After all, with a profile you create a new item.

• The profiles to be selected for the document in progress are displayed immediately.
• The selectable profiles of a subset are shown in a submenu.
• The Manage... button is only available if no changes are made.
• The profiles to choose are only available if no changes are made.
• After a change only "Save as new profile" is shown.
• When changing via a profile, only "Save as new profile" and "Save profile" are displayed.
• If a profile is selected, the description of this profile is shown under "Save profile".
• "Save Profile" is only available if the current profile is between 0 and 8000.
