Questionnaire feature added to operations

We have added the Questionnaire function to the operation. With the Questionnaire button, a set of questions can be transferred to the operation in one go. Questionnaires are arranged in the Questionnaire table. The function Questionnaire to BoM copies the questions under the operation to the existing BoMs where the relevant operation is used. When using this function you get 4 options on how to deal with questions already present under the parts lists.
