Customization auto-refresh list Notifications after switching operation

When switching between planning operations in Order planning or Resource planning, the 'Notifications' list was always completely refreshed. We have adjusted this:

• If Notifications is set to 'All notifications', the list is no longer automatically refreshed when you switch operations.
• If Notifications are set up to 'Order notifications' or 'Operation notifications', the list will be refreshed automatically when changing operations.
