Dashboard 'Result Comparison 5 Years (8015)': general explanation

Target audience

Where in MKG?

1. Open the module My Company.
2. If the dashboard is not displayed immediately: click the hamburger at the top right of the toolbar and select the option 'Forms' » 'Dashboard'.
3. Click the Views button and select Result Comparison 5 Years (8015).

Parameters

• From Period: the period from which the dashboard displays data.
• To Period: the period up to and including which the dashboard displays data.
• Fiscal Years 1 through 5: the fiscal years for which the dashboard displays data.
• Suppress General Ledger Accounts without Balance and Budget: if this option is checked, general ledger accounts with no balance and budget are suppressed and not included in the dashboard.

Special notes

• In the table, next to the figures per fiscal year, there is a green or red triangle. The icon indicates whether the result of that fiscal year is greater or smaller than the previous year.
