What does the layout of a dashboard look like and what functions can you use?

Explanation

When you have opened a dashboard, you will see 'Explanation' next to the name of the dashboard. If you want an explanation about the dashboard, click on it with Ctrl + left mouse button.

Parameters

At the top right, under the Refresh button, you will see the Parameters button where you can set the parameters. What you have set here will appear at the top left of the dashboard.

Filtering

Under the parameters, you can filter by period with the filter button. When no filters are applied, the button is gray.

Display

The data is displayed in a chart or list, depending on how it is set up.

Tabs

Above the data, you will see the different tabs. Per tab, filtering can also be done if the filter button is visible. In the data of a tab, it is also possible to filter.

Export

Next to the name of each tab is the Export button.
When you click on it, you get 4 options:

  • Print preview...
  • Export to PDF
  • Export to image
  • Export to Excel

The same button is also next to the Parameters button. This exports the entire dashboard, instead of just the tab.

Refresh options

  • Refresh every (set time; number of minutes or hours)
  • Load data directly upon opening
  • Recollect data
