Error Message when Adding Sub-assembly after Scrolling in the Navigation Tree

If the expanded navigation tree no longer fits completely into the screen and you have scrolled down in the navigation tree, the following error message could appear when a new sub-assembly was added and saved: "System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: The index is out of range. This may are not negative and must be less than the size of the set." We have resolved this.
