Remove All Reservations at Item

The new button Delete Reservations makes it possible to delete all existing reservations. You have the following settings to make a selection:

• Delete Sales Reservations
• Delete Material Reservations
• Only Delete Reservations from Forecast Orders
• Retain Reservations that are on a Pick List

In addition, it is possible to perform this action for multiple items at the same time if they are selected via Advanced Search. After performing the action, it will be shown how many reservations have been deleted.

When deleting reservations, the standard conditions are applied:

• Reservations of material lines with actual costs cannot be deleted.
• Sales order line reservations that appear on a packing slip or an invoice cannot be deleted.

This button is initially only available to administrators. For other users, this button can be authorized via the Authorization Overview (the authorization can only be done at the user level).
